| Provides for evaluation and treatment of persons recovering from acquired brain injury as recommended and prescribed. |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
- Licensed Physical Therapist with State of Michigan
- 2-3 years experience with neurological disorders

| To be responsible for the well being of the client both physically and mentally. To assist in the daily operations of the residential program. |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma
- Ability to provide consistent, age appropriate, patiently delivered daily care to survivors of TBI
