Behavior Management Services

Associated behavioral and social challenges of recovery from a traumatic brain injury can, in some cases, be the most difficult roadblock to independence. This is particularly so in circumstances when the brain injury occurs at a young age. Poor frustration tolerance, impulsive decision making, and social expectations beyond what can be safely managed can prove to be major barriers. A highly structured and consistent environment with strong behavioral management services in indicated.

Our team of cognitive behavioral therapists provide the structure and support often needed to reduce the frequency and intensity of problematic behaviors. Combined with our unique Levels Program, clients advance to independence in a step-wise fashion based on meeting and sustaining defined criteria. This criteria involves functional, behavioral, vocational, and emotional domains.

Clear criteria, high-frequency feedback, consistent therapy support, and a highly structured environment are the cornerstones of our successful Behavioral Programs.
